💜 A Bowl Full of Bri
Guacamole was one of Bri’s favorite things to eat — especially when it packed a punch. She liked hers with an extra jalapeño kick and a little lime squeeze on top. Whether we were making tacos, lettuce wraps, or just had chips nearby, if guac was on the table, Bri was reaching for it first.
This version is simple, fresh, and spiced just right — a tribute to the way Bri liked it. Sharing it here feels like inviting her to the table again.
🥑 Spicy Guacamole Recipe
Serves: 4–6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
🛒 Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1–2 jalapeños, finely diced (leave seeds for more heat)
1 medium tomato, diced
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Juice of 1–2 limes (to taste)
Salt to taste
Optional: 1 garlic clove, minced
Optional: Dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce for extra fire
👩🏽🍳 Instructions
Mash the avocados in a bowl to your desired consistency — smooth or chunky.
Mix in the onion, jalapeños, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Taste and adjust for heat and tang. Add more lime, jalapeño, or a dash of cayenne if you want it fiery like Bri did.
Serve fresh with tortilla chips, tacos, wraps — or just by the spoonful.
🧡 Made With Her In Mind
This guac isn’t just a side dish. It’s a connection. It brings back memories of movie nights, casual dinners, and Bri happily saying, “This is how it should taste.”
If you make it, I hope you feel her warmth through each bite.
